Since opening our doors in 2005, Oam Thong Thai has been dedicated to offering an authentic taste of Thailand, capturing the essence of its vibrant flavors and rich culinary traditions.
Our head chef, Po Hai Chiu, honed his craft studying Thai cooking in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, immersing himself in the diverse techniques and recipes that define Thailand’s food culture. With a deep respect for tradition and a passion for innovation, Chef Po Hai Chiu brings the heart of Thailand to each dish, balancing the perfect blend of spices, freshness, and artistry.
We take pride in our signature dishes, including Khao Soi, a fragrant northern Thai curry noodle soup, Pad Thai, the beloved stir-fried classic, Han Lay Moo, a rich Burmese-influenced pork curry, and our variety of flavorful Thai curries. We also feature specialties such as Crying Tiger Chicken, spicy chicken curry with burmese influences, and Beef Golden Triangle, a flavorful creation inspired by the spices and culinary influences of Thailand’s northern region, and Kung Chai Nam Pla, a fresh and vibrant Thai shrimp dish infused with aromatic fish sauce and herbs.
